Payment Methods

We accept certified checks and postal money orders. Personal checks and other forms of payment are accepted subject to collection of funds.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders that we receive before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time are usually shipped the next business day. Allow 10 business days for custom setting and ring sizing. Special orders can take up to 5 weeks.


Our standard method of delivery is USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days for delivery to most USA destinations. Our fee for standard shipping is $8.00 per order.

We usually ship expedited orders by USPS Express Mail. Express Mail takes 1-2 business days for delivery to most USA destinations. Our fee for standard shipping is $20.00 per order.

Expedited shipping via Federal Express, or UPS is available on request for an additional fee.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items for a full refund of the purchase price. If the item is a gift, you may exchange it or return it for a store credit.

NOTE: Please see details in the Merchandise Returns section. Restrictions apply and not all items are returnable. Special order, customized, worn, altered, or damaged items cannot be returned. Videos cannot be returned. Returns must be authorized in advance.
